Rock and Roll!

Boys and their toys... Dale and Rick

The rock looks beautiful and I will be glad when we
get some paint on the siding.  It will warm it up and look great!

Digging the water line... .What a MUDDY mess!

Kristina' bath tile...very mermaid

Random Graffiti!  LOL!  The girls used to like to draw on things before they were built over...not who sure whose art work this is!  Maybe a self portrait! DALE????

Foam Insulation complete!  Trimmed and ready for Sheet Rock

Sheet Rock delivered and ready to hang this week!

Back steps...love this

Working away on my color selections!  I went to Auburn Millwork today and picked our interior doors. I decided to go with a two panel door and bronze hardware.  Granite, tile, flooring picked.  Need to make a few more color decisions and it will be done.  I am getting so excited about our move!

Behind the scenes and Porch!

The Plumbers and Electricians having been working like elves to get this house done!  We are very proud and excited that Dale's first attempt at stamped concrete turned out gorgeous!  The Looney family would like to with you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! (this is the closest I will come to sending a Christmas card this year! )

Plumbing pipes...which way does it go??

Master bath sink plumbing

Down the drain... master shower

Kitchen sink

Laundry Room plumbing

Red hot/ Blue cold  Master shower

Gravel goes in first !

Lots of gravel!

Hall bath tub.... funny how you have to get those tubs in before everything else!

The concrete is stamped and release is applied to stamping to give it colors.

Can't wait for you to come over and sit awhile.  The concrete on ground is foundation for steps

This is a picture of the stamps.  They are rubber and are oddly shaped.  You lay on wet concrete and tamp the design in the porch.

Sweeping off release before sealer is applied. This process takes several days

Electricians arrived!  Thanks to O D Hawkins for doing a great job!

Ceiling - light mounting box

Concrete is cut to avoid cracking and enhance design

Perfect squares!  Good job Dale!

Ready for sealer.

Cool shot...between the floors.

Whoops!  Milo popped in to say hello to you!

With sealer!  Really brings out color in concrete!

Looks great!  Interesting and lengthy concrete process, but it is beautiful and now covered with felt so it won't get paint, gunk and mud on it!  Thanks to Dale, Rick, Dennis and Joe for a great job.

The good folks at Spencer Heating and Air have been here!
